Dr. James M. Holland, DMD: Orthodontist

I grew up in Nashua, New Hampshire, and attended Ohio State University for my Bachelor of Science in microbiology. I finished dental school at Washington University School of Dental Medicine in 1989 and practiced general dentistry for three years before deciding to enter orthodontics. I graduated from Tufts University with my certification in orthodontics and have spent the past 29 years helping people feel good about themselves and their smiles. I can’t imagine what could be better than that!

My wife Amy and I have two boys, Michael and Griffin, as well as a golden retriever. We spend our time together as a family, as well as visiting friends and traveling when we get the chance. Personally, I enjoy playing the drums and paddle boarding, and have recently taken up surfing!

Dr. James A. Teebagy, DMD: Orthodontist

Dr. T has deep roots in New England and is proud to practice Orthodontics in his home state of New Hampshire. For his undergraduate education, Dr. T studied Biology and Biochemistry at Stonehill College in Easton, MA before attending Dental School and graduating Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University. Dr. T then served his country as a Captain in the United States Air Force prior to completing his Orthodontic residency at New York University. After completing his orthodontic training, he became a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. In his free time, Dr. Teebagy enjoys working out, traveling, relaxing in front of the TV, and numerous outdoor activities. He is an avid Boston sports fan and loves spending time with his wife Pam, two sons Anthony & Jacob and their French Bulldog Tank.

Kristin: Dental Assistant

Kristin has been in orthodontics for 40 years and with Holland Orthodontics for over 10 years! She studied at NHTI before entering the field. On her free-time, she enjoys spending time with family, walking, going to the beach & mountains as well as traveling.

Dee: Dental Hygienist

Dee has been with Holland Orthodontics since 2017. She has been in dentistry for 37 years and focusing on orthodontics for 27 years. She received her Associate of Science at the University of Vermont and Bachelor of Science at Purdue University. Dee has returned to NH after practicing dental hygiene and orthodontics in Vermont & Germany.

Outside of the office, you will find Dee in her garden, bird watching or hiking the White Mountains. She enjoys traveling especially to Oregon & Washington state to visit family.

Jenn: Dental Assistant

Jenn attended Middlesex Community College for dental assisting. She entered the orthodontic industry right after and has been practicing for 20+ years. Her hobbies include hiking, skiing and walks with her dog.

Jenny: Office Manager

Our lovely office manager Jenny has been in dentistry for 9+ years and focusing on orthodontics for 7+ years. She has an associates degree in management and liberal studies and BU certified in dental radiographs. She's always on the lookout for another CE course to further her education.

Jenny grew up as an army brat. Before dentistry, she was a phlebotomist for 10 years w/ ARC. Now she loves her family time with her fiance Dan and their 2 kids. She's an avid gym goer and really enjoys lifting. Christmas time is her favorite time although she HATES being cold! The lights, snow and positivity people emanate make it the most beautiful time of year. During the summer, she enjoys freshwater fishing and a good margarita.

Melissa: Front Desk/Marketing

Melissa has been in medical patient services for 13 years and just made the transition to orthodontics in 2022. She has taken a lot of classes and courses to expand her marketing expertise in the medical/ortho fields. She is currently enrolled in on-going marketing courses through Meta and signs up for any courses offered through Invisalign.

When she's not at work, she spends most of her time with her husband Nick and their son. She's a devoted dog mom as well spoiling both her rescues Ozzy and Tonks. Aside from family time, she loves to sink her teeth into a good book, listen to true crime podcasts, travel the world, and attend concerts.

Deborah: Insurance & Billing Coordinator 

Deborah has been in dentistry for 25+ years and focused on orthodontics for the past 10 years. She attended Boston University School of Dentistry. 

Deb has traveled the world and continues to explore when she gets a chance. She also enjoys reading, walking, physical training, beach trips and spending time with her husband and daughter.
